Job Summary

We are looking for a versatile and high-ownership Senior Marketing Executive to serve as the "right hand" to our Marketing Manager. In this role, you will be the creative engine driving the visual and narrative presence of both Table & Apron and Universal Bakehouse. You will translate our commitment to craft and community into compelling content, ensuring our brands remain vibrant and connected to our neighborhood. This is a 100% on-site role for a practitioner who thrives on being where the action happens.

Job Responsibilities

• Content Planning & Execution: Develop and manage monthly content calendars, taking ideas from concept to final publication across all social media platforms.
• Multimedia Production: Lead on-site photography and videography sessions to capture food, lifestyle, and behind-the-scenes stories.
• Graphic Design: Create high-quality design assets for digital use (social media, EDMs) and physical collateral (menus, signage, packaging).
• Marketing Campaigns & Outreach: Support marketing campaigns, collaborations, and brand activations across all business units, while assisting with partnerships, media outreach, and brand storytelling initiatives that strengthen brand visibility and community presence.

Requirements

• 3–4 years of professional experience in Marketing, Brand, or Creative roles.
• F&B or Hospitality background is a significant advantage.
• Proficient in Photography & Videography, including end-to-end editing for short-form video content (Instagram/YouTube).
• Strong Graphic Design skills, capable of producing assets for both digital platforms and physical print collateral.
• Excellent command of English with a knack for writing clear, engaging brand copy.
• 100% On-site availability to work from our locations in Damansara Kim.
• High ownership and the ability to manage content schedules independently from planning to execution. 
• Comfortable working with Non-halal establishment that serves pork and alcohol.
