Job Description

 We’re on the lookout for enthusiastic individuals to join us as Front of House Team Member and be the friendly face of our restaurant. If you have a passion for customer service and enjoy working in a dynamic environment, this role is perfect for you! 

 Note: Please note that Table and Apron is a non-halal establishment serving pork and alcohol.

Key Responsibilities:

• Guest Service: Greet and seat guests, introduce the menu, and provide personalized recommendations.
• Order Taking & Serving: Take food and beverage orders accurately, serve dishes with efficiency and attention.
• Maintain Cleanliness: Ensure tables are cleared, reset, and maintain a tidy dining area.
• Menu Knowledge: Familiarize yourself with menu items, including pork and alcohol offerings, to answer guest questions.
• Assist Team: Coordinate with kitchen and bar teams to ensure smooth, timely service.
• Promotions & Upselling: Recommend add-ons or promotions to enhance the dining experience.

Job Requirements

• Age: Must be 18 or older (due to alcohol service requirements).
• Experience: Previous experience in a similar role is a bonus but not required—training provided.
• Language: Basic proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia; additional languages are a plus.
• Schedule Flexibility: Available to work shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
• Skills: Strong communication, teamwork, and a positive attitude.
• Transportation: Preferable to have own transportation (eg: own a car)
• Addition: Able to handle or serve Pork and Alcohol
