Job Description

• Prepare and submit tax computations, tax estimates, and tax returns to the Inland Revenue Board (LHDN) 
• Handle tax compliance for corporate clients, partnerships, trusts, and individuals 
• Liaise with clients on tax matters and corporate accounts 
• Monitor and ensure compliance with local tax deadlines and statutory requirements 
• Assist in tax audits and investigations, including liaising with tax authorities 
• Analyse financial data and expenses to support accurate tax computation 
• Coordinate and manage tax compliance processes with internal team members 
• Stay updated on tax regulations and developments, including corporate tax, SST, and transfer pricing

Job Requirements

• Degree or Diploma in Accounting, Finance, or related field 
• Minimum 1–3 years of experience in taxation or accounting (fresh graduates with strong interest in tax may be considered) 
• Experience in a tax firm, audit firm, or in-house tax department is an advantage 
• Good understanding of tax compliance and tax return preparation 
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills 
• Able to meet deadlines and manage multiple assignments 
• Good communication skills with ability to build client relationships 
• Detail-oriented, responsible, and able to work independently
