✨ Key Responsibilities

School Operations & Management

• Oversee the daily operations of the kindergarten to ensure safety, quality, and smooth workflow
• Monitor attendance, communicate with parents, and handle important school matters promptly
• Maintain teaching quality and ensure all SOPs are followed
• Manage timetables, events, and overall school planning

Team Leadership

• Lead, mentor, and support teachers and assistants
• Handle staff scheduling, performance, and training
• Maintain a positive and professional working environment

Parent Communication

• Communicate with parents clearly, professionally, and promptly
• Address concerns, provide updates, and ensure good parent–school relationships

Administrative Duties

• Assist with enrollment, inquiries, trial classes, and school marketing activities
• Keep records, reports, and documentation properly updated

Job Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Early Childhood Education (ECCE)
• Minimum 5 years of teaching experience in preschool/kindergarten
• Prior leadership or principal experience is an added advantage
• Strong communication and people management skills
• Responsible, proactive, patient, and good with children
