Job Description

We are looking for passionate and caring teachers to join our preschool team. You will play an important role in creating a fun, safe, and nurturing learning environment for children aged 3–6 years old.

Depending on your experience and qualifications, you may join us as an Assistant Teacher, Junior Teacher, or Senior Teacher. You will work closely with the teaching team to support children's learning, development, and daily classroom activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in planning and conducting engaging lessons and classroom activities for children aged 3–6. 
• Create a fun, positive, and supportive learning environment for children. 
• Support children's cognitive, social, emotional, communication, and personal development. 
• Communicate with children patiently and effectively during classroom activities. 
• Assist with daily classroom routines and ensure children's safety and well-being. 
• Prepare teaching materials and classroom activities when required. 
• Work closely with other teachers to ensure smooth daily classroom operations. 
• Communicate with parents when required regarding children's learning and development. 
• Participate in school activities, events, and other programmes. 
• Attend training and continuously improve teaching knowledge and skills.

Job Requirements

• Passionate about early childhood education and enjoys working with children aged 3–6. 
• Responsible, patient, caring, and positive in dealing with young children. 
• Good communication and interpersonal skills. 
• Able to work well as part of a team and willing to learn. 
• Possess a Diploma in Early Childhood Education, Certificate in Early Childhood Education, KAP, or other relevant qualifications. 
• Candidates with kindergarten or Taska teaching experience will have an added advantage. 
• Candidates with 1–2 years or more of early childhood education experience are preferred for Junior/Senior Teacher positions. 
• Basic English communication skills for classroom communication. 
• Ability to teach and communicate in Mandarin/Chinese is an added advantage.
