We partner with businesses across various industries to provide cost-effective, flexible, and efficient outsourcing solutions and to optimize their HR operations by outsourcing processes to lower-cost countries like those in Southeast Asia. 

We are looking for an experienced Sales and Account Manager to join our growing team. This role is a fully remote job.

This role is ideal for someone who has a strong background in sales and account management within outsourcing and recruitment services. The Sales and Account Manager will be responsible for building and maintaining client relationships, driving new business opportunities, and ensuring a seamless outsourcing experience for clients as they transition to leveraging talent in Malaysia.

Position Overview:

As a Sales and Account Manager, you will be the key point of contact for clients looking to outsource roles to Malaysia. You will manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing and work closely with clients to ensure their recruitment needs are met. This is a client-facing role that requires a combination of sales acumen, strategic thinking, and relationship-building skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Business Development & Lead Generation:
    Identify and target businesses in high-cost labor markets that could benefit from outsourcing their operations and recruitment to Malaysia. Develop and implement a strategic approach to generate new leads, nurture prospects, and close sales.
  • Client Relationship Management:
    Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing clients. Act as their trusted advisor, ensuring their outsourcing needs are met while identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional services.
  • Sales Presentations & Proposals:
    Deliver compelling sales presentations to potential clients, showcasing the benefits of outsourcing roles to Malaysia. Tailor proposals to meet the unique needs of each client and demonstrate how our outsourcing model can drive cost savings, efficiency, and business growth.
  • Account Growth & Retention:
    Work proactively to retain and grow accounts by understanding client goals and continuously seeking ways to improve the services we provide. Conduct regular check-ins, manage client expectations, and address any concerns or challenges promptly.
  • Collaboration with Operations Team:
    Coordinate with the operations and other teams to ensure smooth onboarding and delivery of outsourced services. Assist clients through the transition phase and ensure ongoing support to meet performance expectations.
  • Market & Competitive Analysis:
    Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and market conditions. Use this information to tailor sales strategies and stay ahead of the competition.
  • Contract Negotiation & Closing:
    Lead contract negotiations, ensuring alignment with client expectations and company goals. Close sales effectively, ensuring contracts are signed and implementation timelines are set.
  • Reporting & Forecasting:
    Provide regular sales updates and forecasts to senior leadership, tracking KPIs and meeting or exceeding sales targets.

Job Requirements

Qualifications:

  • Education:
    Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Experience:
    Minimum of 1-3 years in sales or account management, ideally within the outsourcing, recruitment, or HR services industry. Experience selling outsourcing solutions or managing operations accounts is highly preferred.
  • Skills & Competencies:
    • Strong sales skills with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
    • Exceptional relationship-building skills with the ability to understand client needs and provide tailored solutions.
    • Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal.
    • Ability to manage multiple accounts and work cross-functionally with internal teams to deliver client solutions.
    • Negotiation skills and experience closing complex deals.
    • Strong understanding of outsourcing and recruitment trends, particularly in global markets like Malaysia.
  • Preferred:
    • Experience in HR outsourcing, talent acquisition, or recruitment.
    • Familiarity with offshore staffing models and the benefits of outsourcing roles to countries like Malaysia.
    • Knowledge of CRM systems such as Salesforce or HubSpot.
