<h3><strong>Role Overview:</strong></h3>
<p>We’re looking for a Sales Team Leader to drive revenue growth, lead our sales development team, and close high-impact deals. You’ll play a key role in refining our sales strategy, mentoring the team, and serving as a trusted advisor to companies outsourcing to Malaysia.</p>
<p>This is a hybrid role, primarily based in Kuala Lumpur, with flexibility for remote work.&nbsp;</p>

<h3><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong>&nbsp;</h3>

<li>&nbsp;<strong>Team Leadership &amp; Performance:</strong></li>
<ul>
<li>Lead and coach the SDR team to consistently hit monthly and quarterly sales targets&nbsp;</li>
<li>Conduct regular 1:1s, pipeline reviews, and performance feedback sessions&nbsp;</li>
<li>Build a culture of accountability, energy, and continuous improvement <br>&nbsp;</li>
</ul>
<li>&nbsp;<strong>Player-Coach Sales Execution:</strong>&nbsp;</li>
<ul>
<li>Actively prospect, pitch, and close high-value B2B deals&nbsp;</li>
<li>Serve as a senior point of contact for key client relationships&nbsp;</li>
<li>Support reps in closing and negotiating complex deals <br>&nbsp;</li>
</ul>
<li><strong>Strategy &amp; Process Optimization:</strong></li>
<ul>
<li>Refine sales strategies, outreach scripts, workflows, and qualification frameworks&nbsp;</li>
<li>Monitor KPIs, conversion metrics, and CRM data to drive improvements</li>
<li>Collaborate with marketing to align on campaign execution and lead quality<br>&nbsp;</li>
</ul>
<li>&nbsp;<strong>Reporting &amp; Forecasting:</strong></li>
<ul>
<li>Maintain accurate sales dashboards and reporting&nbsp;</li>
<li>Forecast revenue, pipeline growth, and team capacity with precision <br>&nbsp;</li>

<li><strong>Market Intelligence:</strong></li>
<ul>
<li>Gather competitive and market insights to refine messaging.</li>
<li>Provide feedback to marketing on lead-generation campaigns.</li>
