Job Description

• Classroom Management: Create a positive learning environment by maintaining discipline and encouraging participation. 
• Instruction: Using a variety of teaching methods and materials to accommodate different learning styles.
• Assessment: Evaluate student performance quarterly. 
• Student Support: Identify and address the individual needs of students. 
• Parent Communication: Maintain open and regular communication with parents, providing updates on student progress and addressing any concerns.
• Professional Development: Participate in ongoing professional development opportunities to stay current with educational best practices and enhance teaching skills.
• Classroom Environment: Organize and manage the classroom, ensuring it is a safe, clean, and conducive space for learning.
• Extracurricular Activities: Lead or participate in extracurricular activities, clubs, or events to support student interests and development outside the classroom.

Job Requirements

• Required language(s): Mandarin, English and Bahasa Malaysia. 
• Possess at least a Diploma in Education or a related field. 
• At least 2 years working experiences in educational setting (Part time & Full Time) 
• Interns and fresh graduates will also be considered. 
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills 
• Able to work remotely (Bukit Mertajam & Butterworth)
