Job Description

• Design and implement AI-based automation solutions for business processes and workflows.
   
• Develop and integrate machine learning models to optimize operations and decision-making.
   
• Work with RPA (Robotic Process Automation) tools, APIs, and cloud platforms for automation.
   
• Identify opportunities to apply AI/ML in business operations, marketing, HR, and events.
   
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and design scalable solutions.
   
• Ensure security, compliance, and performance optimization of AI systems.
   
• Monitor, maintain, and continuously improve deployed AI automation solutions.
   
• Research and evaluate emerging AI tools, frameworks, and technologies.
   
• Document processes, workflows, and automation architecture.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or related field. (Master’s is an advantage.)
   
• Proven experience in AI/ML development, automation engineering, or related fields.
   
• Strong knowledge of programming languages (Python, Java, or similar).
   
• Hands-on experience with AI/ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, etc.).
   
• Experience with RPA platforms (UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism, etc.) is a plus.
   
• Familiarity with APIs, cloud services (AWS, Azure, GCP), and data pipelines.
   
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and debugging skills.
   
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
   
• Passion for innovation and continuous learning in AI and automation technologies.
