Job Description
- Design, build, and maintain AI and automation workflows using tools such as Make (Integromat), Zapier, or custom Python scripts.
- Integrate APIs between different systems (CRM, Google Sheets, WhatsApp, email marketing tools, etc.).
- Develop chatbots, AI assistants, and process automations to support business operations and marketing.
- Collaborate with marketing and IT teams to identify automation opportunities.
- Use AI models and prompt engineering to enhance digital productivity (e.g. ChatGPT, Gemini, or Claude APIs).
- Optimize automation flows for efficiency, scalability, and data accuracy.
Job Requirements
- Diploma/Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
- 2–4 years of experience in automation, software integration, or AI-related projects.
- Experience with tools such as Zapier, Make (Integromat), n8n, Power Automate, or similar.
- Familiarity with Python, JavaScript, or Node.js for API scripting.
- Basic understanding of AI/ML models, prompt engineering, or LLM integration is an advantage.
- Strong problem-solving and logical thinking skills.
- Passionate about using AI to simplify workflows and improve business efficiency.
