Key Responsibilities

  1. Market Research & Program Development
  • Conduct market research to identify trending topics, skill gaps, and industry needs for HRDF-claimable training and conferences.

  • Analyze competitors, participant demand, and client feedback to design impactful program themes.

  • Develop training agendas, session outlines, and content flow aligned with HRDF requirements and target audience needs.

  1. Speaker & Partner Management
  • Source, evaluate, and secure subject matter experts, trainers, and speakers for each program.

  • Manage speaker agreements, schedules, and content materials.

  • Liaise with HRDF-certified trainers and ensure compliance with HRDF guidelines.

  1. Project & Event Management
  • Plan and manage the full event lifecycle — from concept, budgeting, and timeline scheduling to on-site execution.

  • Coordinate with internal teams (marketing, sales, operations, finance) for event success.

  • Monitor event logistics including venue arrangements, registration, materials, and participant support.

  1. HRDF Process Management
  • Ensure all HRDF training events and documentation meet HRD Corp (HRDF) standards.

  • Prepare and manage course registration, claimable documentation, and trainer approvals.

  • Liaise with HRDF officers when necessary for program approval and compliance updates.

  1. Marketing & Promotion Support
  • Work with the marketing team to develop promotional materials, digital campaigns, and outreach strategies.

  • Review content accuracy, speaker highlights, and learning outcomes in marketing collaterals.

  1. Reporting & Evaluation
  • Conduct post-event analysis, collect participant feedback, and prepare reports for internal review.

  • Recommend improvements for future program quality and participant engagement.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Mass Communication, Event Management, or related field.

  • Minimum 2–5 years of experience in conference production, training coordination, or HRDF program management.

  • Strong understanding of HRD Corp (HRDF) procedures and claimable training program requirements.

  • Excellent research, communication, and project management skills.

  • Able to work independently, manage multiple projects, and meet tight deadlines.

  • Strong network with industry speakers, trainers, and corporate clients is an added advantage.
