• Research market trends and identify relevant training topics aligned with HRDF requirements and industry demand.
   
• Design and develop course outlines, learning objectives, and program flow.
   
• Source, evaluate, and liaise with potential trainers, speakers, and subject matter experts.
   
• Coordinate with the marketing team to prepare program content for promotion (brochures, website, social media).
   
• Manage the full production timeline — from concept creation to post-event evaluation.
   
• Ensure compliance with HRDF standards and training claim guidelines.
   
• Monitor participant feedback and trainer performance for continuous program improvement.
   
• Collaborate with the operations team to ensure smooth event logistics and participant experience.

Job Requirements

• Diploma or degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, HR, or related field.
   
• 2–5 years of experience in event production, training coordination, or conference management.
   
• Strong research skills and ability to identify hot industry topics and training needs.
   
• Excellent communication, organization, and negotiation skills.
   
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple programs simultaneously.
   
• Detail-oriented with a creative and entrepreneurial mindset.
