About the Role:

We are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented Course Producer to oversee the end-to-end

development and delivery of our educational courses. As the course’s project manager, you’ll be

the operational backbone; planning, coordinating, and executing every stage of production while

ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met.

This role is ideal for someone with a blend of analytical thinking, creativity, and project

management expertise.

Requirements & Nice to have:

1. 2+ years of experience in project management, course production, e-learning, or a related field.
2. Strong organizational skills with experience managing multiple projects simultaneously.
3. Familiarity with learning management systems (LMS), content creation tools, and virtual facilitation platforms (e.g., Zoom & Canvas).
4. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
5. Basic understanding of instructional design principles is a plus.
6. Ability to troubleshoot tech and coordinate across cross-functional teams.
