Job Description

  • Research and identify trending and in-demand training topics that align with HRDF and industry requirements.
     
  • Develop course outlines, objectives, and training agendas.
     
  • Source, evaluate, and liaise with trainers, speakers, and subject matter experts.
     
  • Ensure all programs meet HRDF claimable criteria and compliance standards.
     
  • Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to promote programs effectively.
     
  • Oversee the end-to-end production of seminars and workshops (online or physical).
     
  • Collect and analyze participant feedback for continuous improvement.
     
  • Maintain program documentation, trainer profiles, and training records.

Job Requirements

  • Diploma or degree in Business, HR, Marketing, Education, or related field.
     
  • 2–5 years of experience in training coordination, program development, or event management.
     
  • Knowledge of HRDF claim process and training structure.
     
  • Strong organizational, communication, and research skills.
     
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
     
  • Creative mindset with a passion for professional learning and development.
