Job Requirements

Requirements & Nice to have:

1. Assist in posting job ads on job boards, careers pages, and social media.
2. Source candidates using databases, social media, and networking.
3. Screen resumes and applications; schedule and coordinate interviews.
4. Conduct initial phone screenings to assess candidates' fit.
5. Maintain candidate tracking systems (ATS) and ensure data accuracy.
6. Support hiring managers in organizing recruitment efforts and events.
7. Help improve candidate experience and employer branding initiatives.
8. Assist with offer letters, background checks, and onboarding tasks.
9. Stay up to date with recruiting trends and best practices.
