Job Description

1.Sales & Lead Generation

  • Identify and reach out to potential corporate clients via calls, emails, networking, and referrals.
     
  • Conduct client meetings and presentations to showcase training programs and solutions.
     
  • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
     

2. Client Relationship Management

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with HR, Learning & Development, and management-level clients.
     
  • Understand client training needs and provide customized program solutions.
     
  • Maintain post-sale relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals.
     

3. Program Knowledge & Consultation

  • Provide guidance on program content, structure, and HRDF/HRD Corp claimable processes.
     
  • Assist clients in understanding grant eligibility and training benefits.
     
  • Coordinate with internal teams (Marketing, Operations, and Training) to ensure smooth program delivery.
     

4. Reporting & Administration

  • Maintain accurate records of leads, opportunities, client interactions, and sales performance.
     
  • Provide regular reports to management on pipeline status and sales achievements.
     
  • Follow up with clients post-training to gather feedback and encourage future participation.
     

5. Market Research & Promotion

  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and training program developments.
     
  • Collaborate with Marketing to support promotional campaigns and events.
     
  • Identify new opportunities to expand the client base and training offerings.

Job Requirements

  • Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, HR, or related fields.
     
  • Minimum 1-3 years experience in sales, corporate training, or B2B program sales.
