Job Description

  •  Promote and sell HRDF-claimable training programs to corporate and SME clients.
     
  • Identify potential clients through networking, roadshows, cold calls, and digital outreach.
     
  • Understand clients’ training needs and propose suitable programs or customized solutions.
     
  • Collaborate with the marketing and production teams to align sales efforts with upcoming training events.
     
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
     
  • Maintain client databases and follow up on leads promptly.
     
  • Provide excellent after-sales service and build long-term client relationships.
     
  • Keep updated with HRDF regulations, training grants, and claim procedures.

Job Requirements

  • Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, HR, or related field.
     
  • 1–3 years of experience in sales, business development, or client servicing.
     
  • Fresh graduates with strong communication skills are encouraged to apply.
     
  • Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills.
     
  • Proactive, goal-driven, and able to work independently.
     
  • Good command of English, Mandarin, or Malay.
     
  • Experience in HRDF or training industry is an added advantage.
