Job Description

• Plan, coordinate, and execute HRDF-claimable training programs, conferences, and public workshops
   
• Manage end-to-end program logistics:
   
• Venue selection and setup
   
• Speaker/Trainer coordination
   
• Event registration and participant management
   
• Catering, AV, and other operational arrangements
   
• Ensure training programs comply with HRD Corp / HRDF guidelines
   
• Liaise with internal teams and external vendors for program support
   
• Monitor program budget, track expenses, and optimize cost efficiency
   
• Develop and implement marketing strategies to drive participant registrations
   
• Prepare post-event reports, including participant feedback and HRDF claims documentation
   
• Support business development by assisting in proposal preparation and client communications
   
• Mentor and guide junior staff or coordinators in event execution

Job Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in event management, training, or conference production
   
• Strong knowledge of HRDF claimable programs and compliance requirements
   
• Excellent project management and organizational skills
   
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
   
• Ability to manage multiple programs simultaneously under tight deadlines
   
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, or event management tools
   
• Attention to detail and strong problem-solving abilities
   
• Team player with leadership qualities
