Job Description

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and data-driven Senior Digital Marketing Executive to lead the planning, execution, and optimization of digital marketing strategies. The role focuses on driving brand awareness, lead generation, and customer acquisition through multiple online channels, particularly for HRDF claimable training programmes aligned with Human Resources Development Corporation requirements (if applicable).

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute end-to-end digital marketing strategies to achieve business and revenue goals
  • Manage all digital channels including SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and paid advertising
  • Plan, execute, and optimize lead generation campaigns (B2B and/or B2C depending on business model)
  • Manage and improve website performance, landing pages, and conversion funnels
  • Oversee content marketing strategies including blogs, social media content, and campaign creatives
  • Run and optimize paid media campaigns (Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Meta Ads, etc.)
  • Track, analyse, and report on key performance metrics (traffic, CPL, conversion rate, ROI)
  • Collaborate with sales, product, and training teams to align marketing campaigns with business objectives
  • Manage marketing automation tools and CRM systems for lead nurturing
  • Conduct competitor analysis and market research to identify growth opportunities
  • Ensure brand consistency across all digital touchpoints

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field
  • 5–8 years of experience in digital marketing, with at least 2–3 years in a managerial role
  • Strong hands-on experience in SEO, SEM, PPC, social media advertising, and analytics tools
  • Proven track record of managing successful lead generation campaigns
  • Experience with CRM and marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Mailchimp)
  • Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret data and optimize campaigns
  • Excellent communication, project management, and stakeholder management skills
  • Experience in training, education, or B2B service industry
  • Familiarity with HRDF claimable training marketing (advantage)
  • Experience managing multi-channel campaigns and marketing teams
  • Knowledge of conversion rate optimization (CRO) and funnel strategy
