Job Description

• Plan, develop, and execute HRDF-approved public training programs.
   
• Collaborate with trainers, instructional designers, and internal teams to design engaging and relevant course content.
   
• Ensure all training programs comply with HRDF guidelines and reporting requirements.
   
• Manage training logistics, including scheduling, venue arrangements, materials, and participant communications.
   
• Monitor program effectiveness and gather feedback for continuous improvement.
   
• Maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders, addressing inquiries and ensuring high satisfaction.
   
• Track program performance metrics and prepare reports for management.

Job Requirements

• Minimum 3-5 years’ experience in training program production, preferably in HRDF training programs.
   
• Strong knowledge of HRDF guidelines and public training processes.
   
• Excellent project management, organizational, and communication skills.
   
• Ability to manage multiple programs simultaneously under tight deadlines.
   
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and learning management systems.
   
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
   
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field is preferred.
