Job Description

  • Promote and sell HRDF-claimable training programs to new and existing corporate clients.
     
  • Identify business opportunities through calls, meetings, networking, and roadshows.
     
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with HR departments and training managers.
     
  • Collaborate with the program producer team to match client needs with suitable training courses.
     
  • Support marketing campaigns and attend training events or expos to generate leads.
     
  • Follow up on leads, prepare proposals, and close deals effectively.
     
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales performance.

Job Requirements

  • Diploma or degree in Business, Marketing, HR, or related field.
     
  • 1–3 years of experience in sales, preferably in training, education, or HRDF-related industries.
     
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
     
  • Results-driven with a proactive and positive attitude.
     
  • Able to work independently and as part of a dynamic team.
     
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with CRM tools is an advantage.
