Role Overview

We are seeking an Experienced Trainer / Speaker / Coach, ideally with HRDF (HRD Corp) certification, to deliver impactful training programs, keynote talks, and coaching sessions. You will play a key role in developing professionals and organizations by providing practical insights, strategies, and inspiration. This role requires strong presentation skills, the ability to engage diverse audiences, and a passion for learning and development.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct workshops, seminars, and keynote talks at TalentCap events and client programs.
   
• Design and customize training modules to meet organizational and industry needs.
   
• Deliver HRDF-claimable training sessions (for HRDF-certified trainers).
   
• Provide one-on-one or group coaching for leadership and professional growth.
   
• Collaborate with TalentCap to develop innovative training content and methodologies.
   
• Facilitate engaging, interactive, and practical learning experiences.
   
• Gather feedback from participants and improve content continuously.
   
• Represent TalentCap as a thought leader at events, forums, and conferences.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, HR, Communications, Psychology, or related field (Master’s is a plus).
   
• Proven experience as a corporate trainer, public speaker, or professional coach.
   
• HRDF (HRD Corp) Certified Trainer preferred; experienced non-certified trainers may also apply.
   
• Excellent public speaking, storytelling, and facilitation skills.
   
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to inspire and motivate.
  
• Ability to adapt training for diverse audiences across industries.
   
• Willingness to travel for workshops and speaking engagements.
