📍 Location 工作地点：IOI RIO, Bandar Puteri, Puchong (Not accessible by public transport)

📅 Duration 实习周期：3–6 months or above

🕒 Working Hours 工作时间：Mon – Fri, 10am – 6pm 周一至周五

🎓 Open to 面向对象：University / College Students 大学生或大专生

Job Requirements

What You’ll Do 工作内容

📌 Project Management 项目管理

• Assist in handling daily campaign operations
  协助处理日常活动运营
• Track project timelines to make sure campaigns run on schedule
  跟进项目时间，确保活动按计划进行 
• Help improve internal workflow and processes
  协助优化内部工作流程 

📌 KOL / Creator Management

• Communicate and maintain good relationships with creators and influencers
  与KOL保持良好沟通与合作关系
• Follow up on content submissions, reminders, and feedback
  跟进内容提交、提醒及反馈
• Help handle operational issues raised by creators
  协助处理KOL提出的相关问题

📌 Client & Vendor Coordination 客户与供应商协调

• Assist in communicating with clients and agencies
  协助与客户及代理商沟通 
• Follow up on campaign requirements and execution
  跟进活动需求及执行进度 
• Help coordinate with external vendors when needed
  需要时协助对接外部供应商

📌 Project Support 项目支持

• Help prepare campaign reports and basic documentation
  协助准备活动报告及相关文件 
• Work with internal teams to ensure smooth execution
  与内部团队配合，确保项目顺利执行 
• Provide additional support when needed
  根据需要提供其他协助
   

What We’re Looking For 任职要求

• Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Management, Business, Communications or related fields
  就读于市场营销、管理、商业、传播或相关专业
• Good written and verbal communication skills
  具备良好的书面及口头沟通能力
• Detail-oriented, organized and responsible
  做事细心、有条理、有责任感
• Able to work independently and also collaborate with the team
  能够独立完成工作，也能与团队合作
• Positive attitude and willing to learn
  工作态度积极，愿意学习
• Able to communicate in Mandarin as the role requires liaising with China clients
  需要能够使用中文沟通，因为工作上需要对接中国客户
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment and handle pressure
  具备抗压能力，能够适应快节奏的工作环境
