📍 Location 工作地点: IOI RIO, Bandar Puteri, Puchong
📅 Duration 实习周期: 3–6 months or above
🕒 Working Hours 工作时间: Mon–Fri, 10am - 6pm 周一至周五，办公时间
🎓 Open to 面向对象: University / College Students 大学生或大专生

Job Requirements

What You’ll Do 工作内容：

📌 Project Management 项目管理

• Assist in managing day-to-day campaign operations 协助处理日常活动运营
• Track timelines & deliverables to ensure projects stay on schedule 跟进时间线和项目进度
• Support operational improvement initiatives 协助优化内部流程

📌 KOL Management KOL 人才管理

• Build and maintain good relationships with creators & influencers 与KOL保持良好沟通
• Coordinate deliverables, reminders, and feedback 与KOL对接内容提交与回馈
• Handle operational issues raised by talents 处理KOL提出的运营相关问题

📌 Client & Vendor Relationship Management 客户与供应商协调

• Support communication and coordination with clients and agencies 协助与客户及代理商沟通协调
• Follow up on campaign requirements and operational matters 跟进行动需求与执行
• Assist in managing external vendors when needed 协助管理外部供应商

📌 Project Support 项目支持

• Prepare reports, summaries, and documentation for campaigns 准备活动报告与文档
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution 与内部团队合作确保执行顺利
• Provide ad-hoc operational support as needed 依据需要提供临时协助

✔️ What We’re Looking For 任职要求：

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Management, Business, Communications or related fields
  就读市场营销、管理、商业、传播或相关科系
• Strong communication skills (written & verbal) 具备良好沟通能力
• Detail-oriented, organized and responsible 注重细节、组织能力强、责任心高
• Able to work independently and as a team player 能独立完成任务，也能团队协作
• Positive attitude, proactive and eager to learn 积极主动、学习意愿高
