📍 Location 工作地点: IOI RIO, Bandar Puteri, Puchong
📅 Duration 实习周期: 3–6 months or above
🕒 Working Hours 工作时间: Mon–Fri, 10am - 6pm 周一至周五，办公时间
🎓 Open to 面向对象: University / College Students 大学生或大专生

Job Requirements

👩🏻‍💼 HR Intern 人力资源实习生

What You’ll Do 工作内容：

• Assist in the full recruitment process (sourcing, screening, and coordination)
  协助完整招聘流程（人才搜寻、筛选与协调安排）
• Maintain and update employee records and documentation
  维护并更新员工资料及相关文件
• Support payroll processing and leave management
  协助薪资处理与假期管理
• Coordinate and organize training and development programs
  协调与安排培训及员工发展计划
• Assist in implementing HR strategies and initiatives
  协助执行人力资源策略与相关项目

Preferred Skillsets 技能要求：

• Currently studying HR, Business, Psychology or related field
  在读人力资源、商业、心理学或相关专业 
• Good communication and people skills
  具备良好的沟通与人际交往能力 
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office / Google Workspace
  熟悉基本办公软件（Microsoft Office / Google Workspace） 
• Organized and responsible
  做事有条理、有责任心 
• Willing to learn and has a positive attitude
  乐于学习，态度积极
