Job Description

Website Development:

• Design, develop, and maintain responsive websites using WordPress.
• Customize themes and plugins to meet company needs.
• Optimize website performance, ensuring fast loading times and seamless functionality.

Search Engine Optimization (SEO):

• Conduct comprehensive keyword research to guide content creation.
• Develop and implement on-page and off-page SEO strategies.
• Monitor and analyze website traffic, rankings, and performance using analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMrush).
• Stay updated with the latest SEO trends, algorithms, and tools.

Content Optimization:

• Ensure SEO best practices are integrated into content.
• Optimize the content to improve search engine visibility.

Technical SEO:

• Perform website audits to identify and fix technical SEO issues.
• Ensure proper indexing, URL structuring, and XML sitemap management.
• Manage schema markup, site architecture, and mobile optimization.

Strategic Planning & Reporting:

• Develop long-term strategies to improve website rankings and traffic.
• Prepare monthly performance reports and provide actionable insights for improvement.

Job Requirements

• Proven experience in website development using WordPress (5+ years preferred).
• Expertise in SEO with a strong understanding of both technical and content SEO.
• Proficient in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and PHP for WordPress customization.
• Familiarity with SEO tools like SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, and Google Search Console.
• Strong analytical skills to interpret data and provide data-driven recommendations.
• Good proficiency in speaking and writing Mandarin. 
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Experience with e-commerce websites and WooCommerce is a plus.
