Job Description

Talentify Media Sdn Bhd is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Talent Manager to oversee influencer campaign execution, manage client communications, and nurture strong relationships with KOLs. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, has a passion for influencer marketing, and stays up-to-date with the latest social media trends.

• Manage end-to-end influencer campaigns to ensure smooth execution, from planning to post-campaign reporting.
• Act as the main point of contact for clients—address inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure client satisfaction.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with KOLs, content creators, and partners. 
• Source, evaluate, and recruit new KOLs to expand our influencer network.
• Coordinate between clients and KOLs to align deliverables, deadlines, and campaign expectations.
• Monitor campaign performance, review content submissions, and ensure all deliverables meet brand and quality standards.
• Support social media management activities, including scheduling, posting, and engagement tracking. 
• Contribute to internal improvements by optimizing workflows and maintaining high campaign quality.

Job Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in influencer marketing, talent management, or digital media.
• Strong project management and time management skills with excellent attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills in both English and Chinese (spoken & written).
• Proactive, solution-oriented, and able to multitask effectively under pressure.
• Familiar with major social media platforms (Instagram, XiaoHongShu, TikTok, Facebook) and current influencer marketing trends.
