Job Description

We are looking for a creative and skilled Videographer cum Editor to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for capturing high-quality video content and editing it into compelling and polished final productions. The role demands a strong sense of visual storytelling, technical proficiency in filming and editing, and a keen eye for detail. 

Videography:

• Capture high-quality video footage for a variety of projects including promotional videos, social media content, interviews, events, and more.
• Set up cameras, lighting, and audio equipment on location to ensure proper filming.
• Operate camera equipment, including DSLRs, professional video cameras, etc
• Ensure proper framing, lighting, and composition for each shot to align with the desired aesthetics.
• Capture and manage video assets from on-location shoots and organize files for easy access during editing. 

Video Editing Responsibilities:

• Edit Video: Compile and refine raw footage to create high-quality video content for Reels and YouTube.
• Support during Video and Photo Shoots

Job Requirements

• Experience: Proven experience as a videographer and editor, with a strong portfolio showcasing your work. Experience in shooting and editing for both commercial and creative purposes is preferred.
• Education: A degree or certification in Film Production, Media Arts, or a related field is desirable but not required.
• Technical Skills:
• Proficiency in video editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve, etc.).
• Knowledge of motion graphics, animation software (After Effects or equivalent), and color grading.
• Strong understanding of camera equipment, lighting setups, and audio techniques.
• Familiarity with different video file formats and compression settings for various platforms.
• Creativity: Strong creative skills with an ability to tell stories through visuals. Keen eye for detail and aesthetics.
• Organization: Ability to manage files, projects, and workflows in a systematic and efficient manner.
• Communication: Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work with clients and team members effectively.
• Flexibility: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, meet tight deadlines, and adapt to changing project requirements.
