Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Perform day-to-day accounting and administrative duties
- Prepare and issue invoices, debit notes, and receipts
- Monitor accounts receivable and payable, including payment follow-ups
- Maintain proper documentation and filing of financial records
- Assist in data entry into accounting systems and spreadsheets
- Support month-end closing and basic financial reporting
- Coordinate with suppliers, customers, and auditors when required
- Handle general office administration and ad-hoc tasks as assigned
Job Requirements
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field
- At least 1 year of relevant working experience (fresh graduates may apply)
- Basic knowledge of accounting principles and bookkeeping
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Able to work independently and meet deadlines
