Key Responsibilities

• ⁠ ⁠Conduct land, topographic, and boundary surveys using surveying instruments and GPS equipment
• ⁠ ⁠Collect, analyse, and interpret field data for mapping and site planning
• ⁠ ⁠Prepare survey drawings, reports, and documentation
• ⁠ ⁠Verify land boundaries, elevations, and site conditions
• ⁠ ⁠Liaise with engineers, architects, consultants, and project teams
• ⁠ ⁠Ensure survey works comply with statutory and project specifications
• ⁠ ⁠Maintain and calibrate surveying equipment
• ⁠ ⁠Assist in setting out works for construction projects
• ⁠ ⁠Perform site inspections and ad-hoc duties as assigned

Job Requirements

Requirements

• ⁠ ⁠Diploma or Degree in Land Surveying or Geomatics
• ⁠ ⁠Relevant working experience in land or construction surveying
• ⁠ ⁠Proficient in surveying equipment, software, and CAD tools
• ⁠ ⁠Familiar with local surveying regulations and standards
• ⁠ ⁠Willing to travel and perform fieldwork
• ⁠ ⁠Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
