Tapway is growing fast and is looking to expand our research and development team. Thus, we are looking for a Sr Product Manager to join our talented team. Responsibilities include:

• Gain a deep understanding of customer experience, identify and fill product gaps and generate new ideas that grow market share, improve customer experience and drive growth
• Retrieve and analyze feedback from customers٫ stakeholders and other teams to shape requirements٫ features and end product.
• Collaborate with product owner and senior management team to create and refine product plans and roadmaps
• Translate product strategy into detailed requirements and prototypes
• Work closely with engineering teams to deliver with quick time-to-market and optimal resources
• Organize product releases properly and ensure compliance with schedule and planning
• Prepare recommendations to expand product base and vision
• Prepare recommendations to track product use and impact on end users
• Develop product pricing and positioning strategies

Job Requirements

 Job Requirements

• BSc or BA in Computer Science٫ Engineering or other related area preferred
• 3-5 years' experience of working on Product Manager or other relevant position
• Significant experience in product lifecycle management and working in Agile environment
• Solid technical background with understanding and/or hands-on experience in software development and artificial intelligence (AI) technologies
• Strong organizational and leadership skills
• Strong problem-solving skills with creative approach
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Must be self-motivated, passionate, resourceful, adaptable, flexible, and able to manage multiple parallel-path projects
