JOB SUMMARY:

To assist in managing the Administrative functions by rendering the best support and assistance to the Finance and Production Departments. To perform duties that encompass maintaining good working order of all documents including DOS, correspondence records and management reports related to the Department. To assist in IT support for office and all plants, trouble shooting of the Alkon Command Batching System.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Assist the Finance and Production Managers to standardize and streamline the production reports and implement it at plants to ensure smooth flow of information from Production to Finance Department.
• Assist to standardise and streamline the test report management and statistical analysis to be implemented at plant.
• Set up hardware and software at new plants and conduct training to new personnel on compliance with Company's requirements.
• Solve plant's IT problems pertaining to network and hardware matters.
• Conduct minor troubleshooting of Alkon batching system via telephone communication with Alkon technicians.
• Handle all networking (local area network, wireless network, email application and system administration including system set-up, back-up & recovery system, antivirus, IT security & maintenance
• Monitor Internet connectivity and trouble shoot when problem arises
• Responsible for routine and scheduled IT related tasks such as software (including Powerbiz System) and hardware maintenance / troubleshooting
• Provide technical support to batching plant’s hardware and software
• Ensure company IT property is well maintain as well as safeguarded
• Any other duties that may be assigned by superiors from time to time

Job Requirements

• Diploma / Degree in Computer Engineering or any related field.
• Fresh graduates or candidates with 1-2 years of experience in IT support role are encouraged to apply.
• Self-motivated, willing to travel and able to work with minimum supervision.
• Must possess a valid driving license and own transport.
• Strong analytical skills, problem solving ability and positive attitude towards continuous learning.
• Strong interpersonal skills and able to work well as part of a team.
