Job Description:
- Assist in business development and marketing activities.
- Manage and operate TikTok Shop.
- Respond to customer enquiries via TikTok Shop, WhatsApp, and other platforms.
- Process customer orders and update order status.
- Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns.
- Create basic content for social media (TikTok, Facebook, Instagram).
- Prepare sales reports and analyse campaign performance.
