We're Hiring: Junior Admin | Mexpower
Location: Klang Jaya, Klang
Employment Type: Full-time
Salary Range: RM1,800 – RM2,800
Open to Malaysian Citizens Only
Work schedule:
Mon-Fri (9am to 5.30pm)
Sat (9am to 1pm)
Proficiency in Mandarin is required to support operational needs and communication within the current working structure.
About the Role
Mexpower Sdn Bhd are seeking a Junior Admin who is organized, proactive, and ready to support the team in daily administrative operations. If you take pride in accuracy and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we want to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities
Accurately key in data into the system
Issue Delivery Orders (D/O) on a daily basis
Check and file Delivery Orders (D/O)
Maintain and update physical and digital filing systems
Coordinate with logistics or warehouse teams to ensure smooth delivery processes
Support daily warehouse operations by ensuring admin tasks are up to date
Maintain cleanliness and organization of admin area within the warehouse
What We’re Looking For
- Minimum qualification: SPM, STPM, or Diploma in Business Administration or related field
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Google Drive, and other office tools
- Good communication skills in Malay and English (Mandarin is an advantage)
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work under pressure
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply (training will be provided)
