Key Responsibilities:

<li>Coordinate and follow up on Purchase Order to ensure timely receipt from customers.</li>
<li>&nbsp;Update purchase order status promptly and accurately in the designated tracking file.&nbsp;</li>
<li>Checking customer’s Purchase Order details to ensure alignment with requirements.&nbsp;</li>
<li>Prepare and issue Delivery Orders accurately and on time.&nbsp;</li>
<li>Coordinate with customer’s outlets regarding discrepancies issues.&nbsp;</li>
<li>Facilitate internal communication across departments to support operational efficiency.</li>
<li>Handle sensitive information and documents with the highest level of confidentiality.</li>
<li>Prioritize tasks effectively and assist with ad hoc administrative requests as needed.</li>
