We’re looking for an Events Executive to join our growing team — someone organised, proactive, creative, and excited by the fast-paced world of luxury events and media.

You’ll work closely with internal teams, clients, partners, and vendors to execute events from start to finish, ensuring every detail is delivered to the highest standard.

Job Requirements

What You’ll Be Doing

• Help in the planning and execution of events and brand experiences for Tatler Malaysia
• Coordinate with venues, suppliers, talents, and vendors
• Assist with event logistics, timelines, guest management, and on-site operations
• Create event documentation, including presentation decks
• Collaborate closely with creative and commercial teams for event execution
• Contribute to brainstorming and ideation for innovative event concepts and experiences

What We’re Looking For

• 1–3 years of experience in events, marketing, public relations, or similar areas
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with a keen eye for detail
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
• Able to thrive in a fast-paced setting while managing several projects at once
• Proactive attitude, resourceful approach, and eagerness to learn
• Willingness to work flexible hours during event periods
• Interest in luxury, lifestyle, culture, and experiential events is an advantage
