Tatler Malaysia is growing its sports portfolio, and we're looking for the right person to help drive it forward.

From Tatler Adrenaline to Tatler Padel and Tatler Grit, we've been building a lineup of premium sports events that bring together community, performance, and lifestyle — and there's much more to come in 2026 and beyond.

We're on the hunt for a Manager — Commercial Sponsorships & Business Development to lead sponsorship strategy and business expansion across our sports category. You'll work with brands, partners, and athletes to shape the next chapter of sport at Tatler.

Job Requirements

What We're Looking For

• 4–6 years of experience in sponsorship sales, business development, or commercial partnerships, preferably within sports, media, or lifestyle sectors
• Proven track record of securing and managing brand partnerships or sponsorship deals
• Strong network within the sports, marketing, or lifestyle industry in Malaysia and/or the region
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to engage C-suite stakeholders and brand decision-makers
• Self-starter with an entrepreneurial mindset — comfortable working in a fast-paced, creative environment
• A genuine passion for sports and an understanding of the premium lifestyle space
• Experience working with events or experiential marketing is a plus
