Tattooing 101 has over 4,000 students from all over the world and 250,000 subscribers on Youtube. Due to the rapid expansion of the business, we are seeking a Sales Development Representative to join our growing team.

This role has flexibility to work from home and because our customers are on the US timezone, the hours for the role will be 5:00 AM - 1:30 PM KL Time.

Job Responsibilities

• Engage with potential clients/customers on various social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram) to generate interest in our services/products.
• Initiate conversations through messaging and chat features to qualify leads and schedule appointments for our sales team.
• Maintain a friendly and professional tone while effectively communicating our value proposition and appointment scheduling details.
• Keep accurate records of interactions and appointments scheduled using our CRM system.

Job Requirements

• This is an English speaking role so perfect written english communication is a must
• Please note working hours are 5:00 AM - 1:30 PM KL Time
• Strong communication skills with a friendly and engaging personality.
• Previous experience in customer service, sales, or appointment setting preferred but not required.
• Comfortable using social media platforms and messaging/chat features.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Self-motivated with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
