<div><img src="https://i.imgur.com/WjOF6oO.jpg?h=457&amp;la=en-US&amp;w=683&amp;hash=B7BA561A0964F3001F352F97A3D3C32B9D619F1B" width="1000"></div> Dispatch cum School Driver, TIS Puchong This is a hands-on position whose duties include assisting with dispatch duties for all departments in the school, assist in daily coordination and assignment of vehicle or driver booking request for the School and to drive a designated vehicle to perform all services of a driver for the School. &nbsp; AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITIES &nbsp; <ul> <li>To assist with all incoming documents, mails, materials or correspondences for the School are promptly dispatched to the relevant parties.&nbsp; </li> <li>To assist with admin offices document circulation between TIS campuses, sister schools, TEG offices, relevant government offices &amp; their subsidiaries.</li> <li>Perform dispatch duties, going to banks and delivering/collecting documents to/from other institutions within TEG.</li> <li>To schedule all bookings for services of driver or vehicle from the requestor daily and maintain an updated log book on all driving assignments.</li> <li>Transport company staff or students to various locations according to requests/bookings in company vehicles.</li> <li>Undertake daily company inspection on company vehicles to ensure there is adequate petrol, water and engine oil.&nbsp; Monitor car maintenance service schedule and liaise with FM Admin Asst to send company vehicles to the appointed workshop for routine servicing and repairs as and when necessary.</li> <li>Clean/wash and maintain cleanliness of company vehicles (internal &amp; external) at least once a week or when necessary, and ensure that all company vehicles are kept in good operating order.</li> <li>Drive in a safe, courteous and responsible manner at all times.&nbsp; Obey all traffic laws and speed limit at all times.&nbsp; Observe all safety and road traffic signs and regulations at all times.</li> <li>Report any accident or mechanical problem with company vehicles, or any traffic summons received to immediate superior.</li> <li>Be on standby for driving assignments during weekends and public holidays, if necessary.</li> <li>Ensure mobile phone is switched on in order to be contactable at all times.</li> <li>To participate or conduct in facility operations duties when requested.</li> <li>To perform regular checks on the school facilities.</li> <li>To provide support in any school events as and when required.</li> <li>To undertake any other duties that may be assigned from time to time.</li> </ul> &nbsp; JOB REQUIREMENTS <ul> <li class="Normal1">At least SPM qualification</li> <li class="Normal1">At least 1 year relevant work experience</li> <li class="Normal1">MUST have own motorbike</li> <li class="Normal1">MUST possess a valid driving license for B2 and D vehicle, and a PSV license</li> </ul> &nbsp; COMPETENCIES (KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS &amp; ABILITIES) <ul> <li class="Normal1">Able to read, understand and comply with work instructions and SOPs.</li> <li class="Normal1">Able to handle multiple tasks effectively.</li> <li class="Normal1">Able to work with minimal supervision.</li> <li class="Normal1">Able to converse in English and Bahasa Malaysia.</li> <li class="Normal1">Team player.</li> <li class="Normal1">Willing to work beyond normal working hours, and on weekends or public holidays.</li> </ul>
