Key Responsibilities
• Deliver lectures, tutorials, and workshops incorporating industry case studies and practical insights.
• Support student learning, mentoring, and assessment activities.
• Contribute to the preparation, review, and continuous improvement of teaching and learning materials to ensure academic quality.
• Integrate real-world construction practices, digital tools, and emerging technologies into teaching.
• Assist the programme team in maintaining academic quality standards, including supporting programme audits, accreditation exercises, and related academic review meetings where required.
• Contribute to developing industry-ready graduates for the built environment sector.
Requirements
• Master’s degree (or higher) in Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or related built environment discipline.
• Industry experience in construction, consulting, project management, or digital construction is highly valued.
• Professional membership with CIOB, CIDB, RICS, BQSM, MBOT, or equivalent is an added advantage.
• Passion for sharing professional knowledge and mentoring future professionals.
