Job Purpose:
Admin Assist reports to HR Manager with the following main tasks:
Ensuring smooth administrative support for the office.
Prepare and process payroll on timely basis
Implementing other administrative tasks as needed and upon request
Administrative Duties
Manage and maintain office supplies and inventory
Handle incoming and outgoing mail and correspondence
Provide general administrative support to the team, including filing, photocopying, and scanning
Assist in organizing meetings, conferences, and events
Maintain a clean and organized office environment
Payroll Duties
Collect, verify, and process employee time and attendance records
Calculate salaries, wages, bonuses, deductions, and taxes
Prepare and process payroll on a timely basis
Ensure compliance with all relevant tax laws and regulations
Update employee records and maintain accurate payroll data
Respond to employee inquiries related to payroll and benefits
Generate and analyze payroll reports
Experience & Skills
At least 4 years of similar experience
Must have attention to detail
