Job Purpose:  

The Senior Order Processing Coordinator is a primary point-of-contact for the Sales Operation Teams, Country Operations Lead, Finance and Logistics. This position primarily covers Purchase Orders processing for various vendors for APAC region with validating required supporting documents following vendor compliance understanding deals and pricing validation. This position requires follow-up with vendors on orders status and provide the information to Logistic team for delivery arrangement. This role involves managing inventory coordinating with suppliers, maintaining accurate data and ensuring material meet the required quality and quantity follow the bill of material and quotation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to ensure the timely delivery of material and components

• Manage purchase orders, track deliveries, and communicate with vendors to address any supply chain issues.

• Inventory management

• Participate in process improvement project and discussions.

• Extend support and assistance to manager/team lead on issues/inquiries.

• To validate supporting document and process complex/mega deals order within SLA

• To assist team members in reducing order requests backlogs 

• follow compliance and ensure comply with vendor requirements.

Knowledge, Skills and Experience:

• 3 to 5 Years of relevant work experience with processing in SAP.

• Bachelor's Degree with Business/IT/Supply Chain Field of Study preferred.

• Able to execute instructions and to request clarification when needed.

• Possesses strong data entry skills.

• Able to perform basic mathematical calculations.

• Able to recognize and attend to important details with accuracy and efficiency.

• Able to communicate clearly and convey necessary information.

• Able to converse and write effectively in English.

• Able to interact effectively with all levels of management.

• Possesses strong multi-cultural interpersonal skills.

• Able to constructively work under stress and pressure when faced with high workloads and deadlines.

• Able to work independently with minimum supervision.

• Able to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
