Job Purpose:
This solution-focused professional will be responsible for new /old opportunities within existing and prospective clients.
Responsibilities:
Drive monthly/quarterly and Yearly sales, front end margin and GP.
Drive the Project opportunity and sales, run rate, promotion and program.
Build excellent customer relationships through proactive engagement and
demonstrable specialist product knowledge
Develop relationships with key internal and external customers
Cool calling to partner on generate new business opportunities, promote our program, solutions and products
Response accurately and timely quotations to partners
Process and handling customer orders, arrange delivery with logistic team
Complete the whole sales cycle process
Manage backorder and update the status of report by bi-weekly.
Provide, sell and negotiate product information, pricing, special offers and promotions
Ensure Service Level Agreement (SLAs) with customers are satisfactory
Include any job scope which related with sales responsibilities.
Work closely with internal team, for example, credit, finance, products and marketing team on daily sales operations process.
Follow up payment with partner to ensure payment promptly to us and always maintain healthy AR status.
Communicate effectively and work closely with Account Manager to achieve monthly/quarterly/yearly quota that assign by company
Always works as “team” with all party to ensure task is completed and achieve partner satisfactory.
Knowledge, Skills and Experience:
Diploma and above
With at least minimum experience in IT industry. Good with indoor sales experience.
Prepare quotation, order entry, customer relationship management.
Knowledge of relevant products would be desirable but not essential
IT industry knowledge would be desirable but not essential
Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook
Good understanding of sales processes
Ability to plan and prioritize
Results-oriented
Strong oral and written communication skills
Demonstrated ability to build relationship
Comfortable with numbers
Meticulous
Team player.
