Job Description

As a Customer Experience Specialist, you will be working with our Premium Automobile Account to deliver #happier customer experience. We are looking for someone who will be able to act as an ambassador of the Luxury brand in our Customer Relationship Centre. He/she is the main and privileged point of contact with the customer mainly by telephone and e-mail. The specialist is responsible in understanding and satisfying customer needs, listening, informing and proposing solutions to customer problems.

You are also required to perform these job functions:

  • Daily contact with customers via different communication channels (Inbound/Outbound, Live chat, Email).
  • Responsible in handling general inquiries from all Customer.
  • Service needs and complaints of the customers and offer the right solution with or without the help of other departments or team members.
  • Usage customer management software to fulfil customer requests.
  • Any other duties and responsibilities that may be assigned to you by the management from time to time, within your category of employment in the organization and for the effective. implementation, maintenance and continual improvement of the ISO9001 and ISO18295-1 Quality Management System of TDCX.



Job Requirements


  • Minimum Degree qualification
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in Customer Service/Technical Support (BPO Industry)
  • High affinity towards the Luxury and Automotive industry.
  • Experience in banking and Financial environment will be added advantage
  • Stress and rejection resistant, resilient and reliable
  • Strength in communication and competence in on-the-phone consulting and complaint management regarding all communication channels
  • Positive and serving attitude, professionalism, patience, friendliness and engagement towards the customer, continuously demonstrating confidence, reliability and integrity also in difficult situations.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia. Being able to speak in Mandarin will be an added advantage.
  • Possess a service-oriented customer service mindset with excellent telephone etiquette.
  • Independent and self-motivated.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
