What is your mission?

As a Digital Marketing Campaign Consultant, you will be working with our Global Internet Leader Account to deliver #happier customer experience. Devise and run marketing campaigns for products, services or events that target consumers or other businesses. Usually working under a head of marketing but managing a marketing team, campaign managers oversee campaigns in a variety of formats.

You are also required to perform these job functions: 

• Respond to customer support inquiries in accordance with training, standards and policies, including diagnosis, resolution and tracking of end user issues based on provided guidelines, documentation and scripts
• Serve as a trusted consultant to onboard, develop and optimize advertisers' campaigns
• Detect and understand customers' needs and objectives
• Increase spend through upsell and ensure sustainability
• Handle a high volume of potential clients daily via phone calls
• Perform any other duties assigned by management within the category of employment and support ISO9001 and ISO18295-1 quality management processes

Job Requirements

Qualifications:

• Possess at least a Diploma in any field, preferably Advertising or Marketing
• Fluent in English; Mandarin and Cantonese are an added advantage
• At least 1 year of experience in sales and a genuine interest in online marketing
• Analytical and logical mindset
• Strong communication skills and a flair for selling creative marketing solutions
• Organized and structured work approach
• Creative mindset with a good understanding of customer needs
