Job Description
- Ensure efficiency of CRM software to improve customer's experiences.
- Extract, analyse and present business data to further strengthen business performance and understand customer behaviour.
- Develop content and execute planned CRM business life cycles or activities across email, SMS, apps, and other digital channels.
- Collaborate closely with the content, IT and marketing teams to align CRM strategies with business objectives.
- Provide leadership and guidance to foster a culture of knowledge-sharing through effective communication and documentation.
Job Requirements
Must haves:
- Diploma level or above. Proficient in English, Chinese (verbal, written & read).
- Minimum 2 years experience working in the same company.
- Proven record of successful B2C strategy development and implementation in improving business performance using digital CRM systems.
- Experience in data analysis and configuration of campaign life cycles in CRM systems/software (e.g., FastTrack, SalesForce, HubSpot, SugarCRM, etc.).
- Fast learner and High stress tolerance.
- Strong analytical skill, data-driven in decision making.
- Result-oriented with strong problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in G Suite and Microsoft Office.
