Job Description
Who This Role is NOT For
- Those needing hand-holding, detailed to-do lists, or constant supervision.
- Individuals who struggle with shifting priorities or ambiguity.
- People who guard evenings/weekends as “non-negotiable.”
- Anyone who isn’t comfortable supporting both professional and personal responsibilities (You'll be asked to be a driver and a babysitter at times).
- People who take direct feedback personally or need constant validation.
- Those who prioritize “done” over “done right.”
- Anyone seeking a traditional back-office EA role.
This role is about leverage — the kind that allows a high-output CEO to stay focused on strategy, vision, and scaling impact. You’ll be the operational force behind her leadership, ensuring that time, energy, and focus are aligned with the highest-priority opportunities.
You’ll protect time like it’s gold, anticipate needs before they’re spoken, and make sure nothing slows her momentum. You’ll create clarity, cut noise, and make speed possible.
This role requires intensity, precision, and discretion, but also passion for Tech Up’s mission of reshaping education through technology.

- Prioritize meetings, manage prep logistics, follow up on action items, and ensure nothing slips through the cracks.
- Serve as the CEO’s gatekeeper, ensuring only high-value opportunities reach her attention.
- Manage communications: triage emails, draft responses, and ensure alignment with stakeholders across ASEAN and global partners.
- Partner with the CEO on strategic projects, speaking engagements, and high-level events (regional and international).
- Lead business and personal travel planning — with contingencies, detailed itineraries, and zero details missed.
- Support in investor relations, board preparation, and project documentation.
- Manage household/personal logistics (when needed) with the same polish as business operations.
- Be available during high-intensity weeks — early mornings, evenings, or occasional weekends, as required by the CEO’s schedule.
