Job Description
- Supporting the program manager.
- Proposing new events ideas.
- Communicating about the event and promoting it (social media, email etc)
- Sending invitations to participants.
- Upstream preparation: transports, logistics, materials, accommodations etc
- Welcoming participants during the event, on-site or outside of the company.
- Ensure the success of the event: animation, support, information etc
Job Requirements
- Program manager/ planning in events management, events coordinator or events planning
- Professional in appearance, attitude and action
- Positive, motivating and team spirited attitude
- Excellent Microsoft Office skills
- Ability to function independently, as well as in a collaborative environment.
