Job Description
- Coordinates and facilitates activities for STEM Centre.
- Develops and implements marketing strategies for services provided by centre.
- Responsible in developing learning activities and hands-on material, tending to individual student needs, and communicating regularly with parents.
- Manage classroom and engage with students about subject matter.
- Providing regular feedback of students and parents/guardians.
- Monitoring student growth to identify strengths and areas for improvement.
- Adopting a data-driven attitude towards measuring learner progress
- Developing STEM learning activities and hands-on material for classes.
Working Days:
Wednesday - Sunday
Job Requirements
- Stay in Shah Alam area only or willing to relocate to Shah Alam
- Good classroom management skills.
- Good teamwork abilities.
- Empathy and great interpersonal skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication (English and Malay).
- Proficiency with basic computer software such as Word and Excel.
**Training for Science, Technology, Engineering and Maths will be provided.
**Working hours similar to tuition centre/ child enrichment centre (Saturday , Sunday and PH)
**Focusing on programs for 4 years - 15 years old
