About this role

We are looking for a proactive Marketing Executive with at least 1 year of experience in the IT or software industry. You will be responsible for driving the marketing strategy and execution for our ready-to-market software products, aiming to increase visibility and acquire new customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Product Promotion: Develop and execute marketing campaigns to promote our software products and solutions.
• Lead Generation: Identify and implement channels (e.g., SEO, online communities, forums, or email marketing) to reach new customers and drive product adoption.
• Content Creation: Design visual assets (posters, banners) and write engaging copy for social media and marketing materials.
• Social Media Management: Manage and grow our social media presence, ensuring consistent engagement with our target audience.
• Performance Tracking: Monitor campaign performance and adjust strategies based on data to improve customer acquisition.

Job Requirements

Qualification and Requirements

• Possess of Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Mass Communication or equivalent. 
• Experience in IT software industry at least 1 year of working experience.
• Proven ability to plan and executing growth strategies to promote products and acquire new customers.
• Proficiency in design tools to create visual marketing assets like posters and banners.
• Strong understanding on how to market and explain software solutions and buisness applications to target audiences.
• Strong interpersonal skills with ability to communicate effectively. 
• Able to work independently with minimum supervision. 
• Required language(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin.
